Love Croydon's Green Spaces
This Valentine’s Day we’re doing something a little different here at Go Jauntly. We want to celebrate our love for the green spaces in Croydon. And hope by doing so we can encourage you to fall for them too. So here is our ode, our love letter, our top places to walk in Croydon.
Combing through lovely Coombe Wood
Located close to Lloyd Park tram stop is Coombe Woods. In just under two hours you’ll be transported from urban Croydon to brightly coloured flowering gardens and shady woodlands. Complete with aromatic pine trees and giant ferns.

Woodland Meanders in South Croydon
We love walking in Croydon. Almost as much as we love a picnic. And if you're looking for picnic spots in Croydon (for when the weather and COVID allows) try Littleheath Woods. If you love bluebells this is the place to be during the spring. This route can be walked in just over one and a half hours.

It’s hard not to fall in love with Norbury Brook during a visit. This half hour walk, celebrates the formation of the Borough of Croydon. As well as being a beautifully romantic setting thanks to the weeping willows and butterflies that call it home.

Beddington Park Life Adventures
One of the best walking trails in Croydon has to around Beddington Park. This circular jaunt was once a deer park in the 14th century and even has roots back to the late Bronze Age. But now it’s home to cherry trees, old footbridges and River Wandel.
