  • For as little as £2.99 per month, unlock exclusive Go Jauntly app content. From extra special walking tours, offline mode, personal walking challenges and Amble Anywhere™. Get your first year for just £20.99. Subsequent years will be charged at £29.99. Prices shown are in GBP sterling. Please see your app store for other currencies.

  • Your subscription is managed through the App Store or Google Play and automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off by you at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

  • Yes! Email us at hi@gojauntly.com and we’ll send you a Paypal invoice for an annual premium subscription from only £20.99 for the first year. Upon payment we’ll send you a digital gift card with a redeemable code.

  • Here are the instructions on how a gift card can be redeemed.

    1. To redeem the gift subscription, the recipient should email us with the unique code and their app username.

    2. We’ll then activate the premium subscription on the recipient’s account.

    It’s as simple as that but if you have any problems with your subscription drop us an email and we’ll help you out.

  • Here are some quick steps to rectify this issue.

    1. Make sure the latest version of Go Jauntly app is downloaded onto your phone.

    2. If it is already, pull down to refresh on the app homepage. If the problem persists then you may need to "restore subscription". See next points.

    3. Go to your profile at the top left hand side of the Go Jauntly app then tap the settings Cog icon on the top left -hand side of the screen.

    4. Now go to "My Subscription”

    5. Scroll down and tap "Restore Subscription" and this should fix the problem.

    6. You may need to pull down to refresh on the app homepage to see the change take effect.

    In the unusual circumstance that the problem persists, drop us an email and we’ll help you out.

  • You can do so via your App Store or Play Store account. Please note, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each term and your card is charged through your App Store or Google Play account so make sure you cancel your subscription before it renews.
