Terms and Conditions for the Grow Your Own Joy Prize Draw
Introduction
The Prize Draw is organised and run by Go Jauntly Ltd (“Go Jauntly”), who can be contacted at 10 Arthurdon Road, London, SE4 1JU.
By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Go Jauntly which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw starts at 09:00am BST 11th April 2022 and ends at 23:59 BST 24th April 2022 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
Who can enter this Prize Draw?
Participants must:
have a valid Instagram account;
be aged 18 or over; and
live in the UK.
The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Go Jauntly, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Go Jauntly, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Go Jauntly reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
How does the Prize Draw work?
No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.
To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/gojauntly/), during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

Like and tag a friend in the comments of the Grow Your Own Joy Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”). (Together an “Entry”).
Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry for by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize draw.
Entries that fail to meet the participant criteria (as set out in clause 3 (b)) will not be counted as a valid Entry and will be void.
All Entries must be received by Go Jauntly during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Go Jauntly will not accept responsibility for:
Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
On 27th April 2022, 1 winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.
The winner will be notified on 27th April 2022 via an Instagram message to the account used in the Entry (“Notification”).
The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 3 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Go Jauntly with any further information requested by Go Jauntly in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
The winner will receive the Prize within two weeks of the date they provide Go Jauntly with the information as set out in paragraph 3(h).
The winner may be required to provide Go Jauntly with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.
If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Go Jauntly’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
What is the Prize?
There will be 1 winner.
The winner will receive:
1 Radley London Liverpool Street Medium Flapover Cross-Body Bag (SKU: H5880425) (the “Handbag);
1 premium subscription to Go Jauntly lasting one year; and
1 bundle of 3 non-fiction nature related books (i. Windswept by Annabel Abbs; ii. The Circling Sky by Neil Ansell; and iii. Do Walk – Navigate Earth, Mind and Body. Step by Step by Libby DeLana).(Together the “Prize”).
The choice of Prize is subject to availability.
The premium Go Jauntly subscription will be provided to the winner in the form of a code on a physical gift card. Go Jauntly will accept no responsibility for codes that are lost, stolen, damaged or mislaid.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Go Jauntly determines that the prize is being misused. Go Jauntly reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
General
Go Jauntly reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
Go Jauntly will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.
Go Jauntly will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (https://www.gojauntly.com/privacy-policy).
Go Jauntly will pass any information required for the sole purpose of delivery of the Handbag to the winner to Radley in order to deliver the Handbag. Radley will use your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available on its website (https://www.radley.co.uk/privacy-cookie-policy/).
The winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Go Jauntly may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
The decision of Go Jauntly regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at https://www.gojauntly.com/.
With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Go Jauntly is not liable for, and you release Go Jauntly from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.
This Prize Draw is run by Go Jauntly, it has no affiliation with Instagram, and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Go Jauntly and not Instagram.
